Today is July 20, 2007. We are mere hours away from the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I am VERY VERY VERY VERY excited, but I'm am extremely sad at the same time. I have been waiting for this day for 6 and a half years. Tomorrow will mark the end of one of the most importanat things in my life. Never again will I feel the excitement that comes with a new book. I will never be curious about what will happen in the next book. I've always been able to count on HP to be there for me when I need it, and now it's almost over. I'm not crying right now, but I will in about 11 hours when they hand me that book, and it really hits me that this is the last time. I will never go to a Harry Potter midnight release party at a bookstore. I will know everything in mere hours. Half of me wishes the moment was here now, but the other half wants this day to last forever so that I may still feel the Harry Potter magic inside of me. Now, i must leave and prepare for one of the most emotional, exciting, and saddest nights of my life. Bye people!! When you next hear from me, I will have read all 7 HP books. *sniffle*

I finished book 7 at 11:30 this morning. It took me 11 hours to read it. I have not slept in over 36 hours. Reading Book 7 was the most amazing thing I've ever done. Book 7 is the bmost awesome book I've ever read, and I am absolutely positive that it will never be topped. There were deaths, of course, and shocks, and much, much more. My journey through Harry Potter is complete, and what a wonderous journey it has been. I could barely stop crying all today as the realization and shock of Harry Potter finally, after all these years of waiting, done. Harry Potter has changed my life as nothing else has, and the books (along with their beloved author) will forever live in a sacred place in my heart. I would like to thank J.K. Rowling, and everyone who helped to get her wonderful books onto the shelves. I would also like to thank my aunt Tammy, who, to my extreme displeasure, bought me Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for Christmas when I was 8. I would also like to thank Mrs. Cinnamon, who forced me to read the book that I so despised, and lead me into a magical world full of hope and possibilities. Well, now I have to go, so my last thank you will go to all my fellow fans. We have lived in the same existance for years, sharing moments of triumph, pain, shame, happiness, and many other emotions that run high during the months and months leading up to a book release. I am wildly happy that I was able to paricipate in the whole Potter phenomenon. And now, it's is over and done with, though the heart of Harry Potter lingers on. "All was well."

she did say it was the end of harry potter right?
that ending opened up for a lot of harry potter spin-off books; wont say much more so it doesnt ruin it for people, but wit that ending, she could easily put out like three more series

Also, Christian, if you would have read the ENTIRE book, instead of hearing about (or reading) the ending, you would understand why a bunch of spin offs are impossible. There is no room for a spin off.
